{Dress: Gap, Necklace & Bracelet: F21, Belt: H&M, Shoes: Seychelles}
I may have started my 3-day weekend a wee bit early and neglected to post these photos last week. But there were dinners to enjoy, wine to be had and sun to {finally} enjoy. You understand, right? Good I knew we were friends for a reason.
Can we talk about these shoes for a min {it's my blog of course we can}. Basically I'm having trouble not wearing them. If I didn't have a track record of destroying shoes this wouldn't be a problem. But I do have said problem which doesn't really bode well for that fact that I need to wear these beauties for a wedding in August. Do you think the bride will notice if they're scuffed?
I have the same problem, I destroy all my shoes...How does that happen, and how do other people keep theirs pristine?? I'll never know. Love this outfit all together, simple and pretty, and great accessories! And what a gorgeous photo location!! Those flowers are amazing!
ReplyDeleteThe bride will most likely NOT notice, but in the mean time walk softly and carry a big stick... I'm not sure how the stick will help though.

They are very cute shoes! Can't say I blame you for wanting to wear them all the time! Maybe the bride won't notice?
ReplyDeleteThose shoes are amazing! I have to say, I'd probably have the same problem. I really love your accessories, too. That bangle bracelet and necklace are b-e-a-u-tiful! =)
ReplyDeleteSuch cute shoes! I love the necklace too. If it's bad scuffs, then maybe, but if you love them wear them anyways! God I need to buy new shoes.
ReplyDeletethose shoes are super cute! I would definitely wear them and check each time afterwards, if they start to get worn out. Then stop wearing them, but till then, would love to see them more often on your blog :)
ReplyDeleteThe pops from the necklace and shoes are perfect. And if I had those shoes I would probably never take them off either!
ReplyDeleteoh, I love the bright turquoise and brown belt! I'm pinning this to my pinterest now!
ReplyDeleteFind a good shoe repair guy! Mine has saved me a million times over.
ReplyDeleteLove the brown belt with the black sheath--super chic.
I love those shoes! Gorgeous and adore that turquoise necklace :) Hope you had a good weekend!
ReplyDeleteJust get some gold nail polish and touch them up!

I never thought of that...great tip!
ReplyDeleteThanks Katherine!
ReplyDeleteI've been searching for a good cobbler for a while. These shoes may force me to finally find one!
ReplyDeleteAnd I forgot to mention how comfortable they are! I could literally wear them for days!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful look!
ReplyDeleteUnless the bride is doing a shoes picture, I doubt she will notice!
That dress and that necklace are both to die! Very cute, I like the turquoise of the necklace.
ReplyDeleteI love your outfit. I hope your weekend was AMAZING, hope the wine was delicious and the sun was enjoyable
ReplyDeleteoh and I say wear them as much as you want :) if the bride notices that your shoes are scuffed then something is wrong :P
Have a great day- http://kikiscornerfunfashionandfrivolity.blogspot.com/
Oooh, I love to see outfits created around black dresses -- and I love how you made this exceptionally summery. Those shoes are awesome, you should wear them until they break, nobody will notice an scuffs on them, surely!
ReplyDeleteYou look adorable, Liz. This outfit is cute, and so are those shoes. I'd wear them all the time, too! :)
ReplyDeleteYou look absolutely gorgeous Liz! Way to totally demonstrate the awesome power of a LBD with some kick*ss accessories and shoes! :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous outfit! I am loving the elegant and colorful accessories. I think the gold will cover scuffs well (and there's always metallic sharpie in a pinch). :)
ReplyDeleteThose shoes are so gorgeous! I would have a hard time keeping them off my feet, too.
ReplyDeleteOooh you look so good here, Liz! I love the turqoise necklace with the black and brown. So chic.
ReplyDeleteAnd your hair looks amazing! I love the lighting in these pictures!
